I don’t mind the cold, too much. ❄️ It takes about a mile to be fully warm and at about 1.5-2 miles, I’m sweating. 😅 My goal for 2024…. just keep walking. Wonder how many podcasts I can get through this year? Sometimes I find myself struggling to force myself to walk… but I know once I do, I will feel better. It is easier when you have someone to chat with while you walk. Sadly, we are entering the season where I will be walking by myself almost all the time. 😞
